Matters Arising

1.Club outfit issue to be left alone for now, as only a few club members are involved in outside tournaments.

2.Paul to look for boot cleaner to be positioned outside shed.

Officers Reports

No written reports were submitted. Verbal reports were as follows;

  • Equipment officer (Alan) said that the equipment we have is adequate for now, but three more bosses will be needed for the outdoor season next year. The poorer bosses could be used indoors.
  • Treasurer (Dave)confirmed funds would cover the cost of three new bosses, as the have-a-go days contributed well. We have no great expenditures in the near future, other than the hiring costs for premises, which are again rising.
  • Webmaster (Paul) said that material is needed for the Oracle, as the next issue is due to come out shortly.
