2006 Outdoor Championship Results

This years Outdoor Championship was held on Sunday 10th September in glorious sunshine and a light breeze. As has become the tradition in recent years the Rounds were Westerns and the day was a great success, good humored, and thanks to perfectly timed equipment failures superbly paced. When we could be torn away from tea/coffee drinking and general chit-chat the competition was keen, with several local grudge matches taking place (novices and junior boys especially).
The raffle was successful with Alex Morrell carrying on the tradition of winning the first drawn ticket and get the wine for his mum (p.s. it was lovely). This year however a new raffle star was born in the shape of Amee Lord whose luck was remarkable indeed.
